Secca di Capo d'omo ( Capo D'Omo Shoal)

A fascinating dive located a few hundred meters far from the Argentario coast. The shoal starts from about ten meters deep and drops sheer, becoming a very colorful wall in the part facing the sea, with large branches of red gorgonian and ravines covered in coral. Proceeding towards the coast, it becomes a landslide of boulders, den for octopuses, congers and numerous other fishes.

DEEP WALL
Following the conformation of the shoal which starts at a depth of about ten meters and heads towards the open sea, you can enjoy a beautiful wall full of red gorgonians which descends to around 50 meters of depth. Given the distance from the coast, it is easy to encounter schools of fish, such as snapper and barracuda, even during the ascent along the top of the shoal.
