Description
The Equipment Techniques program teaches you how to handle basic repairs and adjustments. You will not miss a dive due to minor problems with your scuba equipment. Plus, you’ll learn more about how your equipment works, feel comfortable and ready to take care of your investment.
To obtain the certification you must be at least 10 years old and have the (Junior) Open Water Diver level.
Students under the age of 15 who choose SSI will be certified Junior Diver in the specific Equipment Techniques Specialty , and can dive under the direct supervision of a professional, or accompanied by a certified adult within the recommended depth limits.
Included: a day with the instructor, specialized in equipment maintenance and certification.
